Some of the most beautiful project sites in the world are located in unique, pristine locations with a special sense of place. AWAYSIS Boco Tora is such a place. In order to capture the uniqueness of the property, AWAYSIS Boco Tora is to have a light footprint on the land and environment, complementing the existing land and plant life while celebrating the culture of Belize. The property consists of 562 acres in Central Belize (with another adjacent 1000 acres available for acquisition), approximately six acres on North Long Caye (a 20 minute boat ride from Belize City), and a one-acre tract in Ladyville (near the main airport) on the water which will provide an access point to the island property.

AWAYSIS Boca Tora is planned to be a substantial smart campus, which is expected to include one of the few golf courses in the country, an adult-marketed boutique hotel in partnership with a name brand hotel chain;  private, multi-acre lots for the construction of private custom homes and a multi-use amphitheater.

Phase I will be focused on preparing the properties for development that will generate sales and revenues.
