Mr. Zarro has 10+ years of investment experience in private markets and completed over ~$1 Billion in transactions during his career. Over the same period, he has completed numerous debt and equity transactions in the materials sector. Mr. Zarro has previously held positions with an international investment and advisory firm, where he focused on origination and underwriting of direct transactions in the private equity and real estate space for institutional investors in the Middle East and Asia. Prior to that he was with NextEra Energy Inc. (NEE) where he ran the private investments portfolio for a group with $23 billion or balance sheet capital. During this time, he led origination and investment efforts deploying over ~$1 billion in new investments and managing legacy positions across private equity, credit, and real estate assets. He began his career with UBS in 2012 and held multiple roles throughout his tenure ranging from credit trading to the day-to-day management and trading of a multi-asset class portfolio of ~$2 billion in assets under management. Amato received an MBA (2016) and a BS (2013) from Palm Beach Atlantic University
